Intro to Pyrolysis Process

  •  Pyrolysis is a chemical reaction.
  •  This reaction involves the molecular breakdown of larger molecules into smaller molecules in the presence of heat and without the presence of oxygen .
  • Any Kind of Plastic can be recycled. 
  •  The process is carried out in a closed reactor at 450ᵒC temperature. 
  • No Hazardous Gas has been emitted to environment.

Carbon Black – Carbon Black is the secondary product of plastic Pyrolysis process which have a wide range of Applications. The Carbon which produced after the Pyrolysis process has been used in Cement Industry, High Temperature Gasket making industry , etc..

 Hydro-carbon Gas – The Gas which produced after the process is also a fuel. The Gas can been used in Dual Fuel Generators for producing Electricity. The gas which produced after the Pyrolysis process is reused to the reactor itself ,so that no other additional fuel need to be used in the process.

Pyrolysis Oil– Pyrolysis oil is the end product of waste plastic and tire Pyrolysis. Pyrolysis oil is widely used as industrial fuel to substitute furnace oil or industrial diesel. From 1KG of Plastic 400ml – 700ml of Pyrolysis Oil can be produced. After Distillation the oil can be used in Low speed Engine Automotive. The Oil can be used in Diesel Generator for producing Electricity. Calorific Value 10250 kcal/kg.

Intro to Biogas to CNG Plant

  • Biogas is the mixture of gases produced by the breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Biogas can be produced from raw materials such as agricultural waste, manure, municipal waste, plant material etc. Biogas is a renewable energy source.
  •  Biogas is produced by anaerobic digestion with methanogen or anaerobic organisms, which digest material inside a closed system, or fermentation of biodegradable materials. This closed system is called an anaerobic digester, bio-digester or a bioreactor.

It can also be used in a gas engine to convert the energy in the gas into electricity and heat. Biogas can be compressed, the same way as natural gas is compressed to CNG, and used to power motor vehicles
